AI Product Lead
as a Service.

What should your product become now that AI can do more of the work?

I help you answer that question, make it tangible, and get it moving. Product leadership that connects the business, the experience, and the build.

Start with the work your customers need done.

We look at how people use your product today, where they struggle, and where AI can make the experience meaningfully better. That might mean doing a task, bringing expertise into a decision, or helping customers use your product from the tools they already work in.

The output is a clear point of view: what to change, why it matters, and what to test first.

Make the direction real.

A strategy is easier to judge when you can see it. We turn the opportunity into concrete journeys, a focused interactive prototype, and a short demonstration your team can react to.

We work through what the agent needs to know, what it can do, and where people stay involved. Then define a first release that your team can actually build.

Stay close to delivery.

I work alongside founders, product teams, designers, and engineers. We set priorities, review what is being built, and learn from how customers use it. The engagement can be a focused product sprint or ongoing fractional product leadership, depending on what you need.

You work with Aditya Vithaldas: 15 years across product management, design, and development. AI supports the work; I own the judgment and direction.

What would Asana look like if we built it from scratch?

An independent exploration of work management with agents: project context, voice-driven plan changes, adaptive views, and a useful morning brief. An article, a clickable prototype, and a short film make the thinking concrete.

A person speaks while a Gantt chart updates with a new task.
