AI-first experiences
What would the experience look like if people could simply say what they need? AI-first product work starts with that question—and works through what the product should do next.
Talk about what you need ↗Start with the interaction
Voice, images and conversation give people different ways to explain what they want. A rambling description may tell us more than a search query ever could. We explore where that extra context helps the customer and what needs to happen on screen in response.
Make the intelligence useful
A useful experience connects the conversation to real product actions: finding options, explaining differences, showing relevant reviews, or helping someone shortlist. We shape the interaction, connect it to the application, and work through uncertainty, latency and fallback behavior.
Build a concept you can test
The work brings together product discovery, interaction design, model integration and full-stack prototyping. We identify a focused use case, build a working concept, and evaluate whether it actually helps people complete the task. Existing demos show directions to explore; they are not evidence of commercial results.
Can AI-first consulting start before we know what to build?
Yes. Start with the customer task and the friction in the current experience. We can explore whether voice, conversation or images create a useful alternative, then prototype the strongest idea before expanding it.
See the thinking in practice
These are working concepts, with illustrative data. They show the product thinking and implementation, without implying measured customer or business outcomes.
