I work with founders and leadership teams to connect business goals with customer needs. We clarify the proposition, identify the assumptions behind it, and turn that into a product direction the team can act on.
Make the priorities explicit
The output can include a product brief, a focused MVP scope, an experiment roadmap and a set of decisions about what comes next. We make tradeoffs visible and define what evidence should change the plan. The aim is to give people a shared reason for the work, as well as a clear next step.
Stay connected to delivery
Fractional product leadership means bringing product judgment into the work at the level your team needs. I can work alongside your designers and engineers or carry the concept through design and development. Strategy stays connected to what is actually being built and learned.
